Vision laser marker based on UV laser source with water chiller, which will be very suitable for plastic materials, glass and etc.
Vision laser marking machine based on Fiber laser source. It adopts high resolution industrial camera for capture the processed object features smartly, to calculate the marking location and direction as request
We provides vision laser marking functions not only for UV laser, fiber laser, but also for CO2 laser marker
The vision software can detect the processed object by high resolution camera, and then compare with the original set one. If match with the original one, then laser marking will be output automatically, and makes the marking location and marking direction correctly
No required to put material at exact location or direction. No need red preview and put the processed object to exact marking location. Only need to put material on production line one by one, then it will be marked automatically. The vision marking technology brings high efficiency and smart laser marking jobs
The vision laser marking machine is very suitable for big batch mass marking and engraving jobs, it will be increased the marking efficiency largely. The logos, serial number, bar-codes, technical spec information all can be marked on processed object
The camera resolution is very important for object detection, the popular resolution such as 500MegaPixel, 600MegaPixel, 1200MegaPixel, even more
We provides original JCZ PCIE control board, the board will be insert inside of computer. Also provides USB types control board for optional for saving cost
Among different processed object, for better contrast between production line & processed object, we provides white line and black line for optional, the standard size for laser marking production line is 1500*200mm
We also provides full set vision control system including laser controller, visioin marking software, camera, camera housing & lens, lighting with driver, production line. If you already have standard laser marking machine, maybe we can support buyer to upgrading their standard machine to vison laser marker
